[ empatheias ] message box
Alvin will have acquired his own little carrier pigeon to send messages, so he'll have one stationed at the main carrier pigeon place that will come and find him.
In the meanwhile, this is the entry for any private messages that are delivered via the carrier pigeon system.

Door's open.
[Maybe it's an employee.]

Until another knock knock knock comes along. ]

Given recent conversations and happenings, he has a pretty good guess as to who it is.]
Gengar, if it's you, you can come in.
no subject
okay she'll accept that, opening the door after a good moment in the most dramatic swinging open motion, and then jumping in with arms out and her pink tongue too.
Also, a super-blazing gunthrower going off in a small stream of fire to the side, filling up the room with noise (and fortunately burning nothing).
TAAAA-DAAAAA!!!!! ]
no subject
Gengar what the hell!?
[Chair is clattering to the floor, desk is shoved out of the way, and there's just a bit of a whirlwind mess, both from his actions and from the intensity of his emotions as he quickly tries to rush her before she DOES burn something.]

chase heeerrr chase herrrrr ]

Ow.]
...You damn little—
[INCOMING CALL RED. AND THOSE "RINGS" ARE GOING TO FEEL PRETTY DAMN LOUD LIKE A MIGRAINED.]
RED!!!
no subject
Meanwhile in telepathy land--owwwww-?! ]
Alvin?! [ Where's the fire-- ]
no subject
What the hell did you say to her!?
[Although he's kind of. Yelling. And not exactly giving details. Through the beautiful process that is telepathy and thought leaking, Red will see Gengar HOLDING THE WEIRD FLAMETHROWER.]
no subject
[ Have the volume go up on Red's end too, alarm bells also being shared in the form of emotional urgency in the boy. He goes silence for a moment otherwise, and in that moment Gengar's own giggles suddenly stop with the spectre looking side to side, as if puzzled. ]
Some crazy guy's been handing them out everywhere! Ghosts and--festivals!
no subject
Ghosts and festivals? The hell is that supposed to mean!?
no subject
But rest assured, those alarms will die with an abrupt death, the recognition of what he planned to do (go in and get Gengar) would lead to hitting him, and there comes that creeping, horrible feeling in his stomach. ]
Did you tell her to drop it? Tell her I know she isn't in the tree!
no subject
I'm afraid to make any other sudden movements unless she gets the brilliant idea of firing that thing. But hold on, I'll relay the message.
[Consider message relayed.]

But that snaps Gengar's attention back to Alvin, a slanted tilt to her eyes (she has no brow) until she realises what's happened.
She got told on.
And with that, Gengar smacks the weapon down with a clang that's followed by the most shortest-lived fit of arms waving and voice raving at this injustice, before her expression turns dark with her pupils disappearing and the red of her eyes starting to glow, and her tongue rolls itself back out to waggle at the raspberry directed the man's way with spit going everywhere.
PBLLFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ]
no subject
...Also, once more: GREAT FUCKING SPIRITS MAXWELL— Immediately raising an arm to shield himself.]
The hell, Red!? She just splattered me with her spit!
[On the plus side she doesn't have the flamethrower. Which means he is totally going to try and grab her again.]
no subject
[ DUHHHH.
What Red should have probably warned for, however, is what an awful idea going after Gengar is when she's got her tongue out, and how she can extend that out to slobber him up properly in one, large slimy lick.
Which also has that horrible chance of giving an individual the case of the shakes--or, to be kind, a tingly face. Oh dear.
How unfortunate shall Alvin be on this day? Find out in the next exciting tag. ]
no subject
A warning would have been nice!! But what the hell should I do now??
no subject
Don't run at her again? [ What was he supposed to do in that short of time--!
He couldn't warn then, and he can't warn for the jump she takes herself next, feet landing onto the end of his desk and then flopping down she adjusts herself into a sitting position with tiny-crossed-legs, and now that face has slipped away in an instant: still grinning as widely as ever, but her pupils back, and she's posed like the elegant lady that she is, a tune whistling behind her teeth.
Teeeee heeeeee. ]
no subject
And he is definitely stepping back when she jumps onto the ground—fucking hell he's acting as if he's afraid of the—well she is considerable in size, really. And has giant ass tongue. AND CLEARLY HAS A VERY STRANGE PERSONALITY okay he has legit reasons to be cautious here.]
Oh, now she's acting all cute.
[Dry voice is very dry.]
no subject
You're scared of her. [ Scared, cautious-- whatever you like. ] Whatever she does she knows you're going to be wary of her--that's the kind of games she plays. Haven't you noticed that by now?
[ And while they're mind chatting, a faint black smoky tendril will slip down the side of the desk and crawl over to the gun-thrower, nudging it over to Alvin.
There you go. There's the toy you wanted. ]

no subject
Do people really use those things on ghosts? What's super effective about fire against ghost types?
no subject
What.]
Hold on—lick my energy?? Is that what she was trying to do???
no subject
I just said she wasn't!
[ She has no idea what's going on, but Gengar will still bring out a small portion of her tongue to waggle side by side. Blehhhhh. ]
no subject
[Here, have a replay, Red.
He's not panicking, let's be clear on that. However. It's understandable that his brain may have switched into a mode where he's considering Gengar more like a wild animal or monster, and is now factoring all potential threats of said creature.]
