Th' Spine said good things about ya, but he d-d-didn't say you were a charmer too. [She waves a hand pleasantly, the hinges in her wrist creaking a bit.] So you run the place, don'tcha? Y'know I walk by this p-p-place plenty, don't think I really stopped in.

I'm just full of surprises. [Again that charming grin.] But you are correct! I am the co-owner of this fine establishment, and I run the business side of things. We're just a small, family friendly restaurant hoping to offer some new, unique tastes to everyone but also give a taste of home for a few.

I'd say you should try some of our meals—but I don't think they'd really suit your palette. [A light chuckle.]

Looks like a r-r-r-real homey place ya got goin' here! [And she means it, giving the place an approving nod.] Hey, d-d-d-don't you be worryin' about that! I'll b-b-be sure-sure to sample stuff it looks tasty!

[The Spine will be there to keep an eye on her, but Rabbit's fascination with food has left her boiler in a very sorry state in the past.]

So, how's ab-b-bout we go check out the inside, huh? Gotta see if this stage ya got's up to snuff, after all!

[He wonders if that's actually a good idea, but he won't deny her a taste of food if she really wants it.]

Right to business—I can appreciate that. [He chuckles and opens the door for her. He'll allow her to enter first before following after, speaking as he leads the way through the main floor.] It's not much—when I bought this place I didn't actually think about a live band before. But we do have some space back here near the bar.

Alternatively, when the weather is nice, there could be something outside as well. We already have the outdoor seating, and we could just throw open some more doors and windows to let the music flow through.

Well, wha-what can I say? I like ta get down to it! [Which... was not accurate in the slightest; normally Peter or The Spine would handle the business stuff. But she's here and as far as she cares she's the one who's doing business today.]

[She follows him into the room, looking around with a low whistle. She'll take a look around, pausing mostly to poke at the decor and other things out of amusement.]

This's a neat little place ya g-g-got here!

Pretty great, right? [He definitely has pride in it. Not so much that it's a restaurant, but that it's something that he helped build and actually be successful at.]

Had to go through a few renovations, but I'm proud of it. Not something you see from the locals much, either.

Well I sa-sa-sa-sa-s-s--! [She stutters a bit, before her head ticks sharply to one side and frame twitches, optics flickering a bit, before she straightens and continues on like she hadn't just had a glitch.] --say it's a real great set-up! Nice an' homey. I can see why Th' Spine'd l-l-like ta try perfor-formin' here.

[And she did mean it, it definitely did have a nice charm to the place. She looked around it once more before turning to him.] Ya m-m-mind me givin' it a shot, seein' how the mu-music sounds in the place?

[The whole "she's a robot" really hits home when she stutters and does that jerk of her head. It's a bit charming in its own way, but... Well, would be a lie to say it wasn't a bit peculiar, either. He'll get used to it.]

Sure, by all means. Use whatever you need. [And he'll pull up a bar stool, flip it around, and sit so he can cross his arms over the back to listen.]

['Peculiar' is a rather accurate word to describe Rabbit; It was clear that while The Spine was in tip-top shape, the same couldn't be said for Rabbit. She fully embraced her roboticness, glitches and all.]

Sweet! Don't m-m-m-mind if I do. [She grinned, before walking a little further into the room. She looked around the bar, thinking of what could be best to try out. She imagines the place full of customers enjoying the food, mingling, having a good time... She nods slowly to herself, settling on a song that could raise spirits in this type of setting. There's no instruments or back-up, but she'll make do.]

[She taps her foot out to a beat before she begins to sing.]

I'm sittin' there by the girl with the golden hair,
ruby lips, poppin' gum, an electric stare,
dashboard lights glowin' red,
and the moonlight catchin' on her pretty head...

[One thing of note is that though her regular speech is fraught with skipping and stuttering, her singing voice performs flawlessly.]

[Just like the Spine, Alvin is actually very impressed by what he hears. It's nothing like he expected, and this is especially so with Rabbit. Not only the flawless performance with the lack of stuttering and robotic glitches, but the actual voice.

The song itself is not bad, either.

When she finished, he'll happily give her a round of applause.]

Well done! Very nice. I can definitely imagine our customers enjoying that lovely voice of yours.

[And just like the flawlessness in her voice, it's clear that she enjoys herself as she sings; there may have been a bit of a glow that flickered around her as she sang, faint shades of pinks and purples that seemed to add to the feel of the song. They fade once she's done, but the grin on her face doesn't.]

[She brightens at his applause, taking a stiff bow as she does.]

Well I'm glad ya l-l-liked it! I got a voice what m-m-m-makes the ladies swoon, after all. [That is definitely a puffing up of her chest. Small boast? Small boast.]

But thanks for lettin' me try it out! I gotta sa-sa-say, it sounds great in here! I guess Th' Spine wa-wasn't lyin' when he said this would be a good place to perf-f-form. Plus it'll be nice playin' in an actual venue again! Buskin's fun b-b-but I've missed playin' actual concerts inside.
