Just some quick notes about the various drinks and things (taken from here; divided by region and order by strength):

Moonlight: bourbon; specialty of Fennmont; made of porange Divine Twilight: shochu; specialty of Lakutam Floresta: wine; specialty of Sapstrath Akebono: sake; specialty of Aladhi
Alvin will have managed to recreate these local specialties, although he probably had to substitute different ingredients due to lack of existence (such as poranges). So while not 100%, he'll have come pretty close. He'll also probably put on a few of his own touches in terms of flavoring, mostly to enhance it or make it stronger.
